Processing Time
- Order
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped
or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- High-Volume
During peak times (e.g., holidays), we may experience a higher volume of orders, which could
cause slight delays in processing. We will notify you via email or phone if there is any
significant delay in the shipment of your order.
Shipping Confirmation and Order
Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped,
you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
- Your tracking number will become
active within 24 hours after the email is sent.
Delivery Issues

damages or losses that occur during shipping. If you receive a damaged product, please contact
the carrier directly to file a claim.
