1. Return Conditions

  • You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery, no questions asked.
  • The 14-day return period begins on the day you receive your order.
  • All products must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom-designed products are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error in the product. This includes designs specifically created for your order.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

If you received a defective or faulty product, please follow these steps to initiate your return:

  • Email us at info@dtfprintcreation.com with your order number, clear photos showing the defective or faulty areas, and a brief description of the issue.
  • Once we review and approve your return request, we will provide you with a return number and the address to send the product back to.
  • Pack the product securely, including the return number and, if possible, the original packaging, and send it to the provided address.

 

3. Refund Process

  • Upon receiving your returned item, we will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective or faulty products, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Please ensure that all returns are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
  • We cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
