This contract governs the sale and delivery of the product
specified below, which the Buyer has ordered electronically from the Seller’s
website (entiredigitalsolutionn.tech/print/) in accordance with the provisions of the United States Consumer Protection Laws and the Distance Selling Regulations.

• The Buyer declares that they have read and understood the preliminary information about the basic qualities of the contractual product, the sales price, and payment method, as well as the delivery information, which are available on the Seller’s website, and have given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.
  

• The contractual product will be delivered to the Buyer or the person/organization at the address indicated by the Buyer, within the period specified in the preliminary information on the website, depending on the distance to the Buyer’s place of residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period
  

• If the product is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the Buyer, the Seller cannot be held responsible if the person/organization to be delivered does not accept the delivery.
  

• The Seller is responsible for the contractual product in good condition, complete, and in accordance with the specifications indicated in the order, with any necessary documents and manuals.
  

• For the delivery of the contractual product, this contract must be confirmed electronically, and the price must be paid by the Buyer using the chosen payment method. If for any reason the product price is not paid or canceled in the bank records, the Seller is deemed to be released from the obligation to deliver the product.

• The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

• The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which the Buyer or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Buyer acquires physical possession of the goods.

• exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform the Seller of their decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). The Buyer may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

•  In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Buyer to send their communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

• Custom-designed products are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error in the product.

• If the Buyer withdraws from this contract, the Seller shall reimburse all payments received from the Buyer, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs resulting from the Buyer’s choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by the Seller), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which the Seller is informed about the Buyer’s decision to withdraw from this contract.

• The Seller will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as the Buyer used for the initial transaction, unless the Buyer has expressly agreed otherwise, in any event, the Buyer will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

• The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the Seller has received the goods back or the Buyer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

• The Buyer shall send back the goods or hand them over to the Seller without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which the Buyer communicates their withdrawal from this contract to the Seller. The deadline is met if the Buyer sends back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

• The Buyer will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

• The Buyer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

• The statutory warranty applies.

• Obvious transport damage must be reported to the carrier immediately upon receipt of the goods and to us as soon as possible.

• The Seller is fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, the Seller is liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations.

• In the event aof simple negligence, the Seller’s liability is limited to the foreseeable and typical damages at the time of contract conclusion.

• The Buyer’s personal data will be treated confidentially
  and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations and the Seller’s
  Privacy Policy.

• The laws of the United States of America apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

• Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Texas.

• The Buyer acknowledges and agrees to all the terms of this contract upon placing the order and making the payment.

• The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the contract is electronically confirmed by the Buyer before the completion of the order.
